Situated on a verdant stretch overlooking the harbor, this expansive Mattapoisett retreat preserved the integrity and footprint of the original two-bedroom structure while reconfiguring the floor plan and adding essential square footage. 

Special details throughout the home elevate the aesthetic. Under the kitchen table, a herringbone floor pattern in European white oak takes the place of a rug and contrasts the rest of the kitchen floor pattern.   

The custom finish created specifically for this home was selected to compliment the nature inspired color pallet of blues, greens and natural tones used throughout the interior. Each room flows into the next and is bathed in natural light, making the environment warm and bright.
